Boom Cards: What is a Boom Card Fast Pin?
Oh my gosh… I’m so glad you are here wanting to learn about Boom Cards! By far… my MOST favorite platform OF ALL TIME!! I’m serious! Boom Cards are hands-on, self-checking, interactive digital task cards that can be played on any device that has internet access!
FAST PINS…
A fast pin is a way that you can assign a Boom Deck to your students without any type of login required for your kiddos. All you have to do is send the link to them through Seesaw, Google Classroom, or any other means you use to send out links. Students then click on the link and start playing.
Three things you need to know about fast pins, though.
- A fast pin doesn’t record data, so your kiddos play, but you will not have reports to tell you how they did.
- You can use the free account to send out fast pins to your kids.
- The link only lasts for 14 days (with paid account) and 5 days (with free account). After the days are up, you will need to generate a new link (code).

Boom Learning Teacher Login
Once you log in – you’re going to click on the LIBRARY TAB.
Now you are going to see the deck(s) that are in your library. Anytime you buy decks, they will go straight into your library.
Click on the drop-down arrow next to the deck you want to assign.
Click FAST PIN
A new box is going to pop up. Click GENERATE CODE.
Now you are going to click GENERATE PIN.
COPY THE LINK
At this point, you will just need to copy the link at the bottom and share through SeeSaw or Google Classroom.

If you want to make sure that your students are working hard on their decks, or if you are asking them to turn in PROOF, you can have them take a picture of the last slide that shows them how many they got correct within the deck.
