Fact Family Coding Robot Mat for Addition & Subtraction

Ready to introduce coding in a way that fits right into your math block? This fact family coding robot activity gives students a hands-on way to review addition and subtraction facts up to 12 while they practice early programming skills.

Students look at the three numbers on a task card, solve the problem, and find the matching math sentence. Then they program their coding robot to travel to the correct answer on the grid and check their work. Note: the coding robot and the plastic mat are not included. Use the programmable coding robot you already have in your classroom.
