3D Shapes Coding Robot Activity Riddles for K-2 Centers

Make coding meaningful with this 3D shapes coding robot activity, where young learners read riddles and clues about three dimensional shapes and then program their coding robot to travel to the correct shape. It builds early coding skills, shape knowledge, and reading comprehension in one hands-on game.

Students decode each clue, plan the path, and guide the robot across a grid of 3D shape picture cards. Then they check their work with the answer document. It is a great fit for kindergarten, first grade, and early elementary robotics lessons.

Please note: the coding robot is not included, and neither is the plastic mat. Teachers use the programmable coding robot they already have in their classroom.
