Halloween Magnet Tiles Task Cards, Light Table Printables

Halloween magnet tiles task cards bring hands-on, screen-free building fun to your classroom centers this fall season. Kids use their magnetic tiles to recreate Halloween-themed designs by matching shapes, colors, and arrangements shown on each card, making it a perfect blend of creativity and critical thinking.

Each card includes a shape key so students can identify exactly which pieces they need before they start building. A matching recording sheet lets kids count shapes and colors in advance, sneaking in meaningful math practice without any extra setup from you.

HOW IT WORKS:

• Students look at the finished Halloween design on the card
• They gather the correct shapes and colors from their magnetic tile set
• They build to match the picture, adjusting and comparing as they go
• The optional recording sheet adds shape and color counting practice before building begins

SKILLS COVERED:

• Spatial awareness and visual thinking
• Fine motor development
• Composing 2D shapes into larger shapes
• Covers Common Core standards K.G.B.5, K.G.B.6, and 1.G.A.2

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

• Halloween-themed magnet tile building cards
• Color and shape counting recording sheets
• Shape key printed on every card for easy reference
