Short O CVC Words Coding Robot Activity Mat Printables

Short O CVC words become a hands-on challenge with this coding robot activity that has students read a task card, then program their coding robot across a picture grid to land on the correct answer. It blends early phonics practice with beginning coding skills in one engaging center.

Students practice reading and matching short o words, plan their robot's path, and record each move. The set also includes a few short o words with blends for classrooms using a larger 6x6 mat. The coding robot is not included. Teachers use the programmable coding robot they already have in their classroom.
