My student enjoyed this resource. This was a great theme to use to have my students practice their math fluency skills. I used it to differentiate the different levels that my students were at (adding to 12, adding to 20 or finding the missing adden) and still use the same picture. This allowed my students to feel inclusive since all the pictures were the same but targeting the their different areas of need. We also just read Mary Pope Osbourne’s Magic Tree House book Pirates Past Noon. So this was very engaging for them! Thank you!
