I Have Who Has Word Family Game

This I Have Who Has Word Family Game is a quick and fun way to practice words in the word family at, et, it, and ap. This product will help K and 1st grade students with their word family words. You can play a few different ways, depending upon your group of kids. You can play whole group, there are 28 cards in all. Pass out a card to each student (any extra can be given to your stronger students). You can start with any card, as this set is looped. We actually time ourselves to see how fast we can complete the whole set. You can also use as a center activity. My kids love playing with 2-4 students as a center.

How to play whole class:

• students sit or stand in a circle around the room
• make sure you pass out ALL cards (some might end up with more than one card depending on the class size
• your leader begins with their card - they will say, "I have... who has..."
• whoever has the next card, then says what they have - (we sit after we say our card - for a visual)

How to play in a small group:

• divi up cards among the group
• have their cards face up so they can see cards
• one student starts - then they keep on going just like who group
• they can either turn cards over or hand them to the teacher
