Coding Robot Word Problems Addition Subtraction to 20 Mat

Coding robot word problems make addition and subtraction within 20 feel like a mission. Students read a task card, solve the problem, find the answer on a picture grid, and then program their coding robot to travel to the correct square.

It is an easy way to introduce coding while building math fluency. Students also practice recognizing shapes and colors along the way. Use it with the programmable coding robot you already have in your classroom. The robot and the plastic mat are not included.
